View the Student Enrolment form (506Kb). Please note: this version of the enrolment form is for viewing only. Call into the Mercy College office to obtain an official enrolment form, which is part of our enrolment pack.

Please note: Year sevens seeking enrolment for year eight for the following year should apply to Mercy College in term two of year seven. Later enrolments are accepted but a position at the school cannot be guaranteed.
